What you’ll do:
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand detailed needs and the scope of Salesforce projects.
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Develop clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria that guide the development team. Ensure these stories fully capture the business requirements and are easy to understand.
- Agile Methodology Execution: Actively participate in all phases of the Agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and effective project execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 4-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a proven track record in requirement gathering and user story creation.
- Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in managing projects in an Agile environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
