Job Description
The Market Analytics Analyst I supports the Client Delivery, Implementation and Business Development functions of Allegis Global Solutions primarily by advising management / executive levels of our clients on pricing models, market-based pricing, and cost savings potential. Additionally, this person will perform various economic research to advise clients on the sourcing of labor based on trends in industries, occupation, or economies globally, nationally, and locally.
Expectations:
Understand economic data related to labor markets and provide thoughtfully written analysis and verbal presentation of this data.
Understand pricing data, sources and methodology and professionally present these to executive level client sponsorship and AGS program teams.
Take initiative to seek out and gain client, industry, and business knowledge pertinent to their role.
Fulfill ad hoc requests of Market Analytics, Lead, Managers/Directors of the Market Analytics team as well as client sponsorship and program office teams.
Expected to be an engaged member of the Market Analytics team, contributing to discussions, analysis and writing relating to all aspects of this role.
Function almost entirely autonomously but bring in team support when required
Key Responsibilities
Serves as the main POC for one or more regions and advises client sponsorship and program operations on pricing models, market-based pricing, and cost savings initiatives through the regular review of rate cards and the labor market.
Presents analysis and recommendations in a professional manner to executives of Fortune 1000 companies.
Creates Talent Maps to assess skillsets in a market for program teams to make recommendations to hiring managers around sourcing strategy.
Clean and manipulate data sets from a variety of internal and external databases for use by the Market Analytics team as well as the greater BI team at AGS.
Handles a wide variety of ad hoc research projects as requested by client sponsorship and presents research findings and how findings may impact client sourcing decisions.
Serves as the main POC on new client implementations and advises clients on the best way to set-up pricing for the sourcing of contingent labor.
Must be able to review deadlines and project scope of implementations using Market Analytics leadership to access escalations and make recommendations for resolution
Supports various strategic Market Analytics projects such as process improvement, automation, development of dashboards, SOP development, etc.
May support Market Analytics team with initiatives outside of EBRs.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to hit aggressive deadlines.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (proficiency with v-lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)
B.S. or M.A. in Economics strongly preferred
