Job Summary
This is position is 40 hours per week, 10 months per year.
Requirements / Qualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Under the direction of a designated administrator, perform a variety of complex clerical and technical duties in the areas of categorical programs, data and grants; provide technical assistance with data gathering, statistical analysis and displays of data related to student testing and evaluation; complies data from a variety of sources to complete complex reports; maintain a variety of complex records, logs, budgets, lists, and statistical information and files including materials of a confidential nature; operate a variety of office equipment including a computer, word processor, personal desk assistant, calculator, copier and duplicating machines; attend appropriate meetings, trainings and conferences when required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (1) Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school, and (2) two years of secretarial experience, (3) keyboard at 45 words per minute from clear copy OR a combination of education and experience which has provided a sufficient level of competency in order to successfully perform the overall duties and responsibilities of this class
