Job Summary:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who will assist in identifying and driving improvement in our supply chain, with a focus on Demand Planning activities in the E-Commerce and e-tail business channels. This includes product-level forecasting, inventory management, and other analytical activities to optimize forward-looking demand and overall inventory productivity. This role partners closely with sales, product merchandising, marketing, and finance. The Supply Chain Analyst will also support the overall Operations team with weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting needs.
This is a full-time, exempt position, reporting to our Manager of Demand Planning. The position will be required to work a hybrid schedule meaning 3 days in-office and the remaining workdays remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review demand plans based on sell-thru performance and update monthly outlook based on trend and product strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance teams to gather insights that inform demand plans.
- Build and maintain weekly/monthly reports and present recaps to cross-functional teams.
- Assist with forecasting inventory levels by channel across categories and seasons by analyzing historical and current data, sell through and weeks of supply metrics.
- Partner with Demand Planning Manager to build, establish, and monitor a replenishment tool to replenish stock on a weekly basis for key products to address stockouts proactively and ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with E-commerce and Etail business channels on monthly/seasonal goals, assortment strategies and inventory needs
- Assist in preparing the monthly review process for demand plans and forecasts.
- Upload and maintain forecast data in SAP and PLM systems.
- Assist the broader Supply Chain department with other projects and tasks as needed.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative field such as Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Science, etc.
- 2-4 years demand planning or forecasting experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Open, clear, and respectful communication throughout all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to creatively use available data to answer key business questions.
- Attention to detail and quality, rigorously checks own work for accuracy.
- Aptitude to learn technical applications quickly. Experience with SAP a plus.
- Enjoys analyzing data and storytelling
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for improving and building new processes.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs.
- Must be able to carry, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- While performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to an office environment and must adhere to the rules and safety regulations of the facility.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. The final offer amount will be determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, and impacted area, and may vary from the amount above. This range also does not represent additional compensation benefits
