A leading oil refinery company is looking for a Sales Manager to spearhead new business acquisitions and manage current client relationships, offering the necessary support. The ideal candidate possesses B2B or technical sales expertise and a deep understanding of base oils, lubricants, chemistry, and the oil/petrochemical supply chain. Regularly reporting to the company president, the new leader will achieve sales growth objectives by developing an effective business development strategy, fostering continuous improvement, and maintaining strong customer relationships in compliance with company policies and procedures. Review and submit accurate monthly/annual sales plan.
Update and manage customer profiles and other CRM data.
Monitor and analyze sales-related data.
Explore innovative ways of improving products and services as well as increasing profitability.
Update all internal sales systems and be able to track and report changes to management internally.
Promote effective communication with customers and develop professional working relationships with all customer representatives.
Manage economic analysis, data mining, and quotation by customers and products.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience and proven track record in B2B sales or technical sales
Experience in base oil and/or other lubricants business strongly preferred
Business travel required as necessary
Extensive knowledge of base oils, lubricants, chemistry, and/or oil/petrochemical supply chain
High level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office, ERP, and/or other legacy systems
Ability to comprehend terms and conditions of written contracts
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent communication skills required with customers and related partners
Ability to coordinate and cooperate with other teams and team members
