Reporting to the Line of Business Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator will develop an understanding of the business, the context, and manages implications related to operations support within the assigned Region or Division. Additionally, they will assist management in ensuring compliance with the Henkels & McCoy established policies and procedures. This Position will be based out of our Blue Bell, PA office. Track crew counts Attend meetings and provide updates to managers Report out on Safety Observations, good catches and near misses Track in-house equipment, rentals and zonar data Coordinate with supply chain management, maintain inventory records and distribute material for the assigned projects Support field operations as needed, including pickup and delivery of material and equipment Assist in Operator Qualification training / testing and Quality Assurance initiatives Coordinate and perform administrative routine contract work using standardized and prescribed methods Assist in monitoring progress of work per cost accounting adherence with budget Perform general administrative duties including auditing timesheets, and working with operations directly Ensure all information is collected and processed accurately, analyzed effectively, and disseminated in a timely manner to appropriate parties Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint 1+ year of comparable experience
