Responsibilities
Working with customer management, engineering staff and Technical Directort staff to help manage/document incoming customer requirements and ensure they are aligned to the customer objectives.
Developing system design concepts to support customer operational mission requirements.
Facilitating Agile program Management for technical development and function as the organization's Agile Scrum Master.
Organize design reviews to include PDR and CDR, document feedback from design reviews and ensure all discrepancies are satisfactorily addresed.
Help arrange/coordinate testing designs and associated systems.
Catalogue technical capabilities that are operationally approved for deployment, in development as well as un-filled technology gaps.
Help manage engineering resource requirements aligned to customer budget allocation and mission needs.
Help develop a technical roadmap (annual basis).
Qualifications
Required:
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
4+ years of experience as a systems engineer, agile scrum master or similar role with sponsor.
Demonstrated experience supporting the sponsor.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Demonstrated experience in developing technical requirements and conducting technical reviews of documentation.
Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Computer Science/Engineering, Engineering, or related technical field

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
