Job Description

AECOM/Tishman has an opportunity for a seasoned Structural Senior Project Manager for our exciting state-of-the-art sports complex construction project in Flushing, NY.

Directs and managers the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

BS Engineering or related curriculum and 10 years of experience in construction management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Requirements:

BS or advanced degree in Engineering.
Demonstrated experience in structural engineering.
Experience in construction project management involving concrete, post tensioned concrete, steel and metal decking.
Experience in management of extensive interiors construction projects.
Successful experience in the management of heavy schedule-driven construction projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word).
