- Solicitation, analysis, and documentation of client business requirements, processes, goals, objectives and needs, maintaining strong knowledge of the general business environment to align information technology solutions with business initiatives and client priorities. Serves as a subject matter expert and acts as liaison between technical personnel and non-technical personnel.
- Facilitates Requirements Validation Sessions with clients and staff to effectively gather and document requirements, drive clarity and understanding, and explore potential solutions.
- Demonstrate your knowledge as a subject matter expert and liaison for clients and internally between technical and non-technical workers to transform requirements into clear and actionable results and deliverables and ensure designs are understood and properly implemented.
- Analyze, plan, design, document, and make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s goals.
- Help verify that solutions meet the defined requirements through assisting with creation of test plans and scenario testing and validation of test results.
- Five (5) years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position in the healthcare or insurance industry with Medicaid and/or Medicare knowledge. Experience strongly desired in-service delivery, operations or related roles
- Clinical and/or Dental health experience is required. Industry knowledge in recommended dental care and dental health management processes and procedures is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; exceptional interpersonal, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks related to project timelines to meet schedules, client deadlines, and delivery deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management methodology and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.

The pay range for this position is $74,300 - $105,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
