Job Description

Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards and specifications.
Resolve technical issues and address any deviations from project plans.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, reports, and project records.
Assist in the coordination of subcontractor activities and manage subcontractor relationships.
Support project managers in identifying and implementing process improvements.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
2+ years of experience in construction project engineering or a similar role.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
