As the PMO Lead for the marketing team, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing marketing projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for driving adoption of the Airtable on Airtable initiative for the Marketing organization, ensuring all shared workflows are powered optimally by Airtable. You will orchestrate key launch moments and help to keep the team on track in executing integrated marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will help drive our localization efforts across various marketing surfaces.

What you'll do
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Drive project execution for our integrated campaigns, leading a cross-functional group on a weekly basis to ensure that campaigns are being executed and adjusted in response to real-time business needs.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including marketing, design, content, product, and sales teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Establish and manage operating rhythm for all cross-functional teams involved in standing up integrated campaign plans to review and introspect on what’s working well vs not. Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, etc.
- Help ensure that all committed projects are supporting macro-level objectives for the company.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of Airtable on Airtable usage for the marketing team, partnering closely with our IT organization to help refine and optimize how our Airtable applications work together internally.
- Define the plan and required resources to launch a localization initiative, bringing our marketing website and content to life in languages for our key international markets. You will be expected to manage the program in the long term.
- Partner with product, marketing, revenue operations, and sales stakeholders to help orchestrate a formalized launch process for key launch moments throughout the fiscal year.
- Help manage the OKR planning process for the marketing organization.
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably within a marketing or tech SaaS environment.
- Experience with structuring large marketing initiatives across multiple disciplines including product management, marketing, and sales.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Past experience leveraging Airtable is a huge plus!
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to help frame up vague problem statements into a clear path forward.
- A builder’s mindset - passion for establishing and refining systems to help teams collaborate better.
- Excitement for operational excellence, automation, and attention to detail.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, understanding of Product-led growth + Sales-led GTM motions a plus

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:
$157,300—$204,900 USD
