Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a centralized software repository for project related planning, information, and files.
- Lead, coordinate and/or support various projects within the organization, participating in planning, execution and monitoring.
- Generate regular reports on project progress, key performance indicators, milestones, and priorities.
- Ensure that project-related information is effectively communicated to all relevant parties.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PMO and contribute to the implementation of industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, partners, and stakeholders to streamline project management processes.
- Facilitate communication with internal partners to understand challenges and requirements and help partners get to agreement faster.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify project risks, assess, and develop plans to mitigate.
- Provide training and support on project management tools and methodologies.
- Assist in creating documentation for in-house-created applications and software.
- Other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
Education, Training and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
- Five (5) years combined technology project management or project management coordination experience
- Deep understanding of manufacturing and distribution business practices and processes
- Technologically savvy with experience in MS Office products, Microsoft 365 and Windows-based computer applications

- Highly articulate verbal and written communication skills, professional appearance and presentation style.
- Ability to clearly convey information and ideas with all levels of the organization.
- Creative, innovative and strategic thinker with proven problem resolution skills and process improvement techniques.
- Highly motivated self-starter, able to prioritize projects, accept responsibility and follow through without close supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and balance multiple projects. Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced and high stress environment.
- Ability to research and analyze information and draw valid conclusions and recommendations.
- Strong analytical ability to gather and interpret information, and develop, recommend and implement solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project coordination and management skills and ability, in multiple methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- PMP Certification.
Additional
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively from a corporate office and a home office setting
- Must be able to work outside normal business hours/days as needed
- Must be able to travel occasionally and work at an outside location
