Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Family Nurse Practitioner who shares in our passion and can help us supply high quality medical care and support to communities that may otherwise not have easy or financial access to medical care.
Position Highlights:
?Location: Henrico/Richmond
?Experience as a licensed provider treating family medicine, pediatrics, and adults with complex issues
?Full-time position with non-traditional hours of noon to 6:00pm or 7:00pm, plus
1-2 Saturdays per month
?Shared call schedule, with RN first call
?Co-manage patients with a diverse care team to include, but not limited to, RN, Counselors, Care Management, and other team members to improve our patients’ health holistically.
?Review quality and outcome metrics monthly with the healthcare team
?Collaborate with local civic and faith-based leaders on community education programs
?Experience working in a FQHC or Community Health Center, or post-masters training in Community Health Care would be of great benefit to the practice

Requirements for this position include Graduate from an accredited School for Nurse Practitioners, and current and unrestricted Virginia license with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization and DEA. Candidates must have the ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.
