Position Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager is crucial for driving new sales growth, requiring most of their time and effort. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building deep customer relationships, collaborating with a global team, excelling in negotiations, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining a passion for CRM systems.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias to hunt new sales growth opportunities
- Strong EQ and ability to build deep customer relationships
- Comfortable working with a global team and customer base
- Ability to win friends and influence people (especially during intense negotiations)
- Disciplined and proficient with prospecting Sales Pipeline Opportunities
- Passionate about CRM and relentless with follow-up

- Entertain world class customers with the backing of a strategic Marketing department
- Able to travel 50% or more (Region is Asia Pacific with a Focus on Japan)
Qualification And Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or Engineering
- 5 to 7 years' prior Aerospace Metals related business development experience
- Bilingual is required, fluent Japanese verbal & written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
Salary:
$115,000 - $125,000
