Objectives of this role
Plan, direct and coordinate medical and health services and staff in a PRIME clinic
Ensure the clinic is managed per rules and regulations according to PRIME’s procedures/policies and ensure compliance with local, state and national regulations are adhered to
Provide guidance and interpretation for the operation of the clinic
Hire, guide, counsel and teach employees proper procedures to ensure a smooth operation.

Provide medical duties/services as needed per certification and credentials
May be required to take callouts, evenings, nights and or weekends services to our clients when the clinic is short staffed.
May be required to travel
May be required to work overtime and or holidays
Must have reliable transportation
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Required skills and qualifications
Three to five years of administrative or management skills working in a medical clinic or department
Supervision of staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of a clinic procedures and policies
Preferred skills and qualifications
Advanced knowledge of occupational medicine in a clinic setting.
Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
Knowledge of local, state and national laws and regulations related to employment
LVN or X-ray Technician certification
Physical Demands: Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time, lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 75 pounds. Repetitive motion. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
Mental Requirements: Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate with employees and visitors, ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
