Are you a highly motivated and talented Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Architect who would love to join the growing security organization at Danaher Corporation? Lead technical security initiatives across 20+ globally diverse science and technology operating companies! Whether it’s protecting our digital properties, safeguarding our cloud applications, or driving continuous improvements to our Identity and Access Management program, you will play a valuable role in delivering security from the ground-up to in our systems and applications.
Primary Responsibilities
Design, implement and support IGA functionality including Access Lifecycle Management, Certifications and Role Management
Own the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) security architecture and roadmap as a component of the overarching security program.
Coordinate design, coding, testing, debugging, maintenance, and documentation of various downstream applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ, such as Active Directory, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle R12, SAP, ServiceNow, Cherwell, SQL/Oracle/DB2 database systems, and LDAP, Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP), CyberArk, JDBC, SCIM 2.0, Azure Active Directory
Automation & pipeline implementation (Testing, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipeline) build tools
Perform education and enablement activities targeting the broader organization related to IGA best practices and responsibilities
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ including 7+ years of experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and understand tuning and available configuration settings.
Strong experience across core IAM domains like Privileged Access Management, Access Management.
Ability to communicate effectively to globally diverse teams using written communications, in-person, as well as over voice and video.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent level of education and experience in computer science or similar discipline.
Identity Governance and Administration tool technical certification and or hands-on experience in tools such SailPoint SaaS based AI products like Access Insights, SailPoint Access Recommendations, SailPoint Access Modeling or any other IGA tool.
Familiarity with emerging IAM skills like IAM in Multi-Cloud (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP) and Hybrid Environments, Identity Analytics and Machine Learning, Biometrics & Password less Authentication, Adaptive Authentication, Authorization, and Access Controls
CISSP or equivalent security certifications.

The salary range for this role is $125K-$135K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #LI-Remote
