Ensure consistent application of security protocols across all facilities.
Crisis Management and Response:
Lead and coordinate the response to security incidents and emergencies.
Develop and maintain crisis management plans, ensuring readiness for potential threats.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect employees, facilities, and assets.
Surveillance and Access Control:
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of surveillance systems.
Manage access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
Employee Training and Awareness:
Conduct security training sessions for employees on security protocols and emergency procedures.
Develop and distribute educational materials to promote security awareness.
Incident Investigation:

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
Certifications: Professional certification (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP)) is highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in security management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Skills: Strong knowledge of security systems, risk management, and crisis response. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in security technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage security teams across multiple locations. Desire to coach and mentor up-and-coming security talent.
