This Critical Care Assistant Nurse Manager will work in collaboration with the Nurse Manager to oversee day to day operations. Responsibilities for this position include maintaining and promoting communication among all members of interdisciplinary teams, patients, and visitors, implementing hospital policy and procedures, overseeing operation and management of the assigned units in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and Nurse Director, as well as ensuring highest standard of care and patient satisfaction are consistently met and upheld. This Critical Care Assistant Nurse Manager will oversee Charge RN's, RN Staff, and other ancillary staff to ensure that care and daily tasks run smoothly and efficiently.
