Operations Program Manager

Your ability to lead a team that translates real-world needs into technical solutions makes you an integral part of delivering engineering solutions and system sustainment for a critical national defense mission.
As the Operations Program Manager, you’ll have the chance to shape this classified mission by leading a team of skilled technicians providing 24/7/365 support for an operations center, associated communications sites, and systems. Your customer will trust you to sustain systems as well as design and develop systems evolution with advanced technology solutions. Grow your skills while leading an integrated team performing installation and upgrades of hardware and software, network routing and switching, applications, cybersecurity, and system field maintenance. You’ll manage large system upgrade projects.

You Have:
- 15+ years of experience with command and control (C2) systems life cycle management and sustainment
- Experience with air defense mission systems, including Battle Control System - Fixed (BCS-F), C2, radars, EO/IR cameras, or AOC mission system
- Knowledge of USAF best practices for hardware, software, and cybersecurity
- Ability to lead teams performing IT systems management, sustainment, and projects
- Ability to lead subcontractor performance and delivery
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working in the NCR IADS Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC)
- Knowledge of Homeland Defense air defense mission set, and policies, processes, and systems
- Ability to lead dynamic programs with multiple workstreams and embedded teams
- Possession of excellent financial management skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
