What you'll do...
The Senior Manager role in the US Marketplace business will build the strategy and drive the execution of programs and capabilities to accelerate US Marketplace growth.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Conceive, build-out and launch programs, processes, tools and capabilities to cold start offer exposure for new marketplace items.
Take a data-driven approach to define the criteria for item selection, item listing quality, and metrics to track progress.
Work with cross functional stakeholder teams to drive go to market strategies, seller adoption and engagement of programs and tools that help sellers succeed with Walmart marketplace.
End to end ownership of business goals, KPIs, and reporting to leadership at all levels.

You are biased for action, relentless about driving and owning the goal and you are motivated by the responsibility of delivering the most crucial capabilities for long term marketplace growth

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
