Digital Operations Specialist This position requires assisting the Digital Ops Manager and Marketing Director with trafficking projects and providing advertising account coordinator services. The position requires an ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, cope under pressure, maintain good judgement, eager to learn and a professional, supportive attitude. Responsibilities Process all project requests for homebuilding divisions, which includes: Extensive data entry to provide necessary input to creative teams Draft disclaimers, as necessary Assign project tasks to appropriate department Provide back-end project management support with a friendly and caring demeanor. Traffic all projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Proof all advertising materials for correct content, and ensure proper disclaimers and licensing information. Ensure deliverables comply with brand standards, are on schedule and of superior quality. Adhere to all internal procedures for trafficking projects. Co-host weekly division meetings with Strategist, assist with preparing reports and follow-up from meetings. Attend virtual production/staff meetings. Assist with research opportunities. Share best practices with divisions. Upload files to Digital Asset Management system. Work with merchandising department on division office and Welcome Home Center creative materials, as needed. Executes persistent follow up with the divisions and communicates deadlines for specific tasks. Understands digital content requirements and basic website administration. Understands marketing channel best practices. Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes. Occasionally travels for team and division meetings. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Two (2) – five (5) years experience in marketing or advertising environment High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor of Arts degree preferred Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint on a MacIntosh platform Related work experience preferred in the marketing/advertising or homebuilding industries Adept at data entry Expert multi-tasker with a high-level of organizational and prioritizing skills Skilled at maintaining a high attention to detail Strong proofreading skills Must possess a strong work ethic, initiative and be highly motivated Practiced problem-solver Able to cope under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude and high-level of customer service Competent in communication and interpersonal skills Act as a team player Receptive of constructive feedback and continued self-improvement Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work Understand and follow written and verbal instructions/procedures Maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and supervisors Valid driver’s license PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and telephone equipment, extensive phone and computer communication is required.
