Demonstrates extensive knowledge of, and/or success in operations roles within a professional services firm or corporate environment, helping companies to identify, clarify and resolve complex issues critical to their strategic and operating success.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge within one or more of the following areas: operations strategy, supply chain strategy/ management, supply chain diagnostics, manufacturing strategy, network optimization strategy, logistics/distribution, S&OP/ planning, Operations/ Supply Chain performance improvement, inventory management, complexity management, and/or sourcing.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of industry and market trends and industry-leading practices in order to develop insights and provide recommendations.
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities in leadership, strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, individual initiative, emphasizing the following areas:
Building productive and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively providing and seeking guidance, clarification and feedback;
Managing a team to a successful project conclusion through the problem-solving of complex operations issues;
Managing the planning, organizing and delivery of operations tasks and projects, overseeing independent analyses and establishing the quality of client deliverables;

You will also lead and advise new consultants and seasoned consultants (on the path to becoming managers).
You will be an important source of intellectual insight on a client project, framing business problems in a way that the team can then execute to drive impact and client value.
You will also advise and collaborate with other individual project managers on your teams to be part of day to day solving sessions.
You will advise companies on transformational change and capability building, leading confirmed engagements on day-to-day problem solving, team management, and client management, bringing in deep functional knowledge, expertise, and proprietary tools to every client situation, managing and developing strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client work, and inspiring, leading and developing new consulting staff.
You will help clients answer their strategic questions around operating model and organizational design by defining the toolkit and framework based on the client's situation.
You will be a key thread for internal team management and senior client management.
You will be instrumental in defining the business case for change followed by laying out gap between current versus future state, and collaborate with execution teams in implementing the roadmap.
Additionally you will look for opportunities to develop/ grow strategic client relationships while ensuring top-notch (WSJ level) client product.
