- The Senior Group Manager of CV & H2 Business Strategy provides leadership and direction in support of the short/mid/long-term strategies (H2 Ecosystem, Business expansion, etc.) and performance targets.
- Specifically, this position aligns and integrates the Global CV&H2 business division strategy, goals, plans, and budget; collaborates with and supports the North America (NA) region on CV & H2 business strategy and plans; communicates with parent company on division and region priorities.
- Function as Senior Group Manager for the HMNA CV & H2 business strategy & planning. Promote CV & H2 business development.
- Produce NA CV&H2 Business long- and near-term strategic plans. Design NA CV entry plan and, integrate goals and plans from all departments, and align with corporate strategy.
- Direct division’s annual budget planning and align with business plan. Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports to monitor expenses and identify issues or opportunities. Liaise with Finance on division needs, priorities, and issues.
- Manage division governance, i.e., report goal progress monthly and quarterly, develop executive presentations monthly and ad hoc, facilitate strategic meetings. Interface with CV&H2 business division leaders, corporate governance, other business units, NA subsidiaries, and global parent company. Identify and facilitate strategic actions that mitigate risk and/or leverage opportunities.
- Establish service channel through partnership with 3rd party in GA and Canada and manage quality and after-sale issues.
- Communicate with parent company on division needs, priorities, and issues. Support Head of NA CV&H2 business and coordinate with General Manager on division requests and responses to parent company.
- Manage monthly division team meetings and ad hoc events and oversee CX executive administrative support.
- Manage strategic initiatives, including NA CV entry plan, service channel establishment and H2 ecosystem. Represent division on enterprise task forces and related areas to identify issues, best practices, and collaboration opportunities across product, dealer, and customer experiences.

- This position has Senior Group Manager-level authority.
- Makes strategic and tactical decisions about division strategies, plans, and performance indicators.
- Leads division budget consolidation and supports region budget planning. Escalates issues with Finance, as needed.
- Collaborate with Purchasing to source and manage supplier partners. Approve Purchase Orders and process/pay invoices, as needed, in adherence with finance approval policies.
- Employment decision-making abilities in designated area of responsibility. Hires, manages, reviews, and develops employees. Hire contractors, as needed.

~ Bachelor’s degree required.
~ Master’s degree a plus
- Ten or more years of experience in strategy and operations in roles that involve management of goals, budget, and projects; research and analysis; and executive presentation development.
- At least three years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Korean language proficiency is not required but considered a plus.
- Ability to travel within North America as needed.
- Automotive industry (CV side) experience preferred.
- Able to perform independently with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong critical thinking skills, including decision-making, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Creative and innovative
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to influence across a wide range of management levels and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially with complex information presented to senior executives.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Very good data analysis skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint ability. Strong abilities in the use of Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

$137,025.00 - $203,000.00 Annual
