As the Home Mortgage Foreclosure Sr. Specialist II, you will monitor loans in foreclosure to ensure compliance with all investor, guarantor, insurer, state, and federal guidelines and that timeframes are adhered to.
Primary responsibilities include
- Perform a variety of tasks associated with processing foreclosures
- Manage State Foreclosure timelines - Requesting and validating legal documents from third party vendors
- Coordinate with third party services for statutory postings and mailings
- Accurately entering data and maintaining electronic files
- Interaction with Foreclosure Attorney daily, very limited interaction via phone with Borrowers.
- Execute foreclosure documents, which assist with the foreclosure action.
- Interact with Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy departments to ensure proper steps are adhered to. Ensuring borrowers are not active in the Military filed Bankruptcy or seeking Loss Mitigation assistance.
- Manage a pipeline of Foreclosure cases daily/monthly and ensure all Investor & insurer timelines are strictly met
- Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of all Investor/Insurer guidelines and requirements as well as requirements for judicial and non-judicial foreclosures
- Ensuring foreclosure cases have clear & marketable title prior to foreclosure sale
- Strong working relationship with outside network of vendors and foreclosure counsel
- Knowledge of mortgage banking/servicing including RESPA, FDCPA, Federal and State laws
- Other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- High School or Equivalent (GED) required
- Associate Degree/bachelor’s degree preferred

- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Hybrid)
