Conduct activities in support of Internal Audit’s Professional Practices Group (PPG) division administration and reporting. Responsible for improving, executing, and sustaining division, executive, and Board reporting, and supporting division operations (e.g., performing division controls). Document and update related desktop procedures. Provide ad hoc support for other PPG activities when needed.

PPG aligns IA policies, procedures, and processes to corporate, regulatory, and professional standards; executes continuous improvement activities; performs division-level controls; and develops performance and other required reports to management and the Audit Committee.
Your Impact:
Under the supervision of your manager, you will bring PowerPoint, Excel, communication, and analytical skills to:
- Produce periodic standard reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. to Internal Audit management, Freddie Mac management, and the Board using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Improve standard reporting using data visualization, analytics, and reporting tools like Power BI; Validate data to confirm completeness and accuracy; Identify and describe the message and trends in the data.
- Provide innovative and practical solutions to manual reporting processes.
- Support operational activities such as access management, records management, data management, benchmarking, and SharePoint.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years working experience; prior experience in a reporting function preferred; prior experience in risk-based auditing, accounting, risk management, management consulting, or data analysis preferred
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills a must, advanced sills preferred; Experience with data visualization and reporting tools preferred
- SharePoint development and support skills a plus
- Effective communication skills (listening, verbal, written) a must, as is ability to speak up when faced with a challenge and recommend solutions
- Ability to easily adapt to change, gain an understanding of our audit process, learn new reporting tools as needed, work collaboratively and individually, and think critically
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience, preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
