Maag is seeking an energetic, responsible individual to join our growing organization. The Operations Documentation Intern will help MAAG digitize its project portfolio to aid in e-commerce and Document Management System initiatives This part-time, project-based role is ideal for a high school-level student looking to gain experience in a large corporation. Responsibilities may include planning the scanning and digitizing material and ensuring that you get scans of the document in all necessary settings. He/she will collaborate with various departments to ensure that all documents are adequately presented for the company Webshop and DMS(Document Management System.
Position Description
- Scan Project Files, Drawings using a Konica Minolta Office Scanner
- Title files and ensure access to key departments
- Assist in the collection of product attributes and digital assets
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Project Scope
This project is expected to last approximately 3 months based on a 25 to 30-hour work week with a possible extension dependent upon need. Work schedule can be flexible but must be performed during regular business hours at our Kent facility.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job in both a factory and office setting, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) may be required.
