As a key member of our Department of Defense (DoD) financial management team, the Senior Financial Management Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing financial processes, leveraging expertise in SAP-FM, Qlik, Oracle, and/ or Power BI. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • At least 3 years of related experience as a Financial Management Analyst, within DoD Headquarters or DoD Components • At minimum an Active Secret Clearance • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience • Proficiency in SAP-FM, Qlik, Oracle, and/ or Power BI, with a track record of leveraging these tools to drive meaningful insights and support decision-making • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Possess a combination of financial management, analytical, and technical skills Ability to generate functional and technical requirements that reflect client business goals, challenges, and data needs Experience in gathering and interpreting business requirements and specifications, performing data analysis, and identifying gaps Technical knowledge in understanding data systems and tools, such as databases and data warehouses Familiarity with data quality standards, best practices, and methodologies like agile or waterfall Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services.
