Responsibilities include:
· Qualifying and quoting prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products.
· Following up with members and insureds and prospecting for new business.
· Multi-tasking and identifying cross-selling opportunities
· Working some evenings, weekends and holidays
· Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals

Qualifications:
· Goal-oriented, self-motivated and excited to take initiative and ready to learn
· Organized and detailed-oriented
· Strong communication skills and customer-focused
· Ability to multi-task, cross-sell and accurately quote insurance rates
· 2 years sales experience highly preferred
· Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance license preferred
· College Degree preferred; High School Diploma required
· Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings
