This is a rolewell suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in theircareer. As an Senior Director KOL & Theranostics, you will beresponsible for:
· BusinessManagement: Assess the strategicposition of Molecular Imaging Business Unit in strategic KOL and Theranostic accountsenvironment to include Oncology, Cardiology, Urology, Neurology andMusculoskeletal care networks. Assist MI Business Unit Vice President and Sr.Director of Marketing in the creation of Business Unit Strategic Plan. Developprograms aligned with the Business Unit strategy and implement together withRVPs, AVPs, and Strategic Corporate Accounts team. Ensure that market share,volume and profit goals are met for the assigned areas. Track and reportnational key business data.
· CustomerRelationship Management: Create,adjust, and drive standardized messaging for assigned KOL and TheranosticsAccounts. Influence contract strategy with tailored offers and value-adds.Ensure post-sale continued success of MI accounts with involvement of bothlocal and global Business Unit leadership where appropriate. Identify criticalcustomer decisions, trends, and acquisitions and assess the businessimplications for the MI Business Unit.
· Revenuemanagement facilitation. Takeownership and responsibility for fostering and maintaining high levelrelationships in key accounts, and for driving revenue by working with customerstakeholders to develop project timelines, and schedules while coordinatingwith internal cross functional teams across the country. Serves as point of contact for problemresolution for duration of the project.
Required skills to have for the success ofthis role
· Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills
· Ability to manage and motivate direct reports
· Prefer MI understanding with clinical and technicalknowledge of Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, PET/MR, Theranostics and related disciplines
· Demonstrate analytical skills for market intelligencemanagement and execution of measures
· Work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues andteam members to produce desired results
· Understanding of Fiscal Impact of offerings, marginanalysis, and revenue values.
· Ability to travel 50% of the time.
Bachelor’sdegree (or foreign degree equivalent) in the medical imaging and therapy field.

The pay range forthis position is $169,000 - $195,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base payoffered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, aswell as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (20%)of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellnessbenefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
