Job Summary:
The Coordinator of Retailer.com will be partner with the Director of Retailer.com to drive sales goals for the Fragrance Division (Tory Burch, Hermes, Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake) across the Retailer.com sites, plus provide on-going strategic guidance, development support, and business best practices for the Retailer.com channel. This role will work strategically along-side each US Brand Marketing Team to support and deliver the brands sales target and new business initiatives. This role will also implement digital marketing programs and go-to-market plans for new launches, regularly perform analysis to drive the business. Finally, this role will be responsible for project managing Sampling/GWP/POSM strategy and execution as well as Digital Co-op creative deliverables and projects.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive growth for retailer.com channel business and work closely with online retailer partners:
Monitor Retailer.com business and individual accounts to achieve fiscal sales goals, monthly sales targets, and secure participation in key online initiatives
Liaise with retailer and sales team to strategize and execute participation in promotional activity, secure merchandising placement to support seasonal planning. Ensure product and content, including assets, videos, and product copy, are tracked and provided to retailers on time.
Partner with US Marketing to secure samples and GWPs for retailer programs to source and ship samples in a timely manner, kitting/bundling as necessary
Own project management timelines and deliverables for all creative assets – paid social briefs, onsite banners, and other digital marketing assets.
Ensure brand visibility is premium on retailer website:
Conduct final user testing and quality assurance processes on all new retailer pages, applications, e-mails, offers and new products to ensure accuracy, browser compatibility and high-quality user experience
Routinely lead QA for branded features on retailer sites for accuracy in all product data/images, product launches, marketing, and special merchandising pages
Escalate issues or enhancements and suggest partner site improvements to retailer. com team and brand partners
Sales analytics and ROI tracking:
Drive Co-Op spend efficiency through close tracking of ROI and analysis of learnings.
Work with retail partners to obtain analytics on retailer programs as well as overall sales goals/strategies
Analyze the performance of online marketing promotions
Analyze business performance for each account regularly and identify new opportunities to gain market share
Monitor competitive activity and share best practices:
Routinely monitor competitive landscape (retailer and brands), share learnings and advocate for online needs with US Marketing and Brand Holders
Working Relationships/Key Stakeholders:
Collaborates with brand team daily
Recurring monthly calls with brand holders team
Retailer buying office and sales team
Americas Transformation Team (ADX)

Qualifications & Competencies:
College degree, 3+ years of work experience in in the beauty, retailer, online marketing, or ecommerce space
Analytical and data driven
Must be able to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence across groups
Highly detail oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to manage timelines and internal project resources
