· Monitoring and managing all S&R activities to include main point of contact for all shipping, receiving and mail, postal related services
· Leads and resolves S&R, mail postage solution strategy during emergency related incidences, not limited to afterhours, weekends and holidays
· Maintains daily incoming and outgoing mail at residing location and site MPOC for all S&R, mail postage activities
· Leads all S&R Mail Services best practices recommendations and implementation
· S&R, Mail Services program development and participation
· S&R, Mail Services budget management
· Desktop Shipping tool portal/program management and support
· MPOC for all carriers and liaison to meet Gen Digital Logistic support needs
· Carrier contract knowledge and familiarity
· Invoice review and audit management to ensure carrier payments are on time
· Invoice review and audit management to ensure all transactions are properly coded to the correct BU/Shipper’s GL code
· AP Partnership for all S&R, postal cost related
· Work in partnership both internally and externally and with carrier suppliers to develop innovative solutions to manage S&R efficiencies for cost savings opportunities
· Development and ongoing review of internal customer S&R program to manage employee experience and user-friendly programs to meet BU S&R needs
· Manage all S&R inventory supply needs use to include budget for mail room users
· Collaborates and communicates with internal and external logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipping and receiving, mail services activities
· Must maintain updated carrier contact information to include full knowledge of all carrier account #’s affiliated with Gen
· Creates and drives all mail shipping and receiving solutions daily
· Maintains an orderly shared documented file for all S&R, Mail Services related with Gen WP Service access as required
· Promptly address all S&R, Mail service requirements and challenges globally
· Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments as required
· Cross functional support within Gen Digital and C&W business partners
· Manages and maintains a consistent meeting cadence with all mail room global contacts to include note tracking and follow up
· Must be able to interpret and manage all national and international S&R, Mail, postage laws and compliance
· Main Point of Contact and coordinator for all S&R/Mail service related during Gen Project & Planning activities
· Establishes and maintains mail forwarding requirements to meet all Gen transaction in a timely manner

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $74,290.00 - $87,400.00
