Executive Assistant to the Regional Superintendent of a 60+ campus Charter School group
Westchase area of Houston 
This temp to hire opportunity has a starting pay of $36/hr

The Executive Assistant will directly report to the Houston Regional Superintendent and play a vital role in coordinating and managing essential functions for the Houston region. This position involves providing administrative support to the RS and the leadership teams of the Houston region.
Duties and Essential Job Functions:
This role will ultimately require comprehensive knowledge of the Texas Public Schools organization including our annual initiatives, strategic plan, and core values.
The Executive Assistant will execute routine tasks and special projects as required, but not limited to the following:

• Proactively manage and prioritize calendar and critical emails for the Regional Superintendent
  

• Good Working knowledge of MS Office
  

• Must be able to work with strict timelines and accountabilities.
  

• Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
  

• Education work history is preferred.
