Responsibilities
designing, developing, and implementing complex software capabilities for computer-based systems
Work closely with other talented engineers to create software solutions that meet the Client's needs
Qualifications
Bachelors in related field AND 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Modern Java Frameworks and Libraries (e.g. Spring, Guava)
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certifications may be required
Experience in cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure)
Experience in distributed databases, NoSQL databases, full text-search engines (e.g. Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Solr)
Scripting experience
Prior experience or familiarity with their Big Data Platform
Understanding of AGILE software development methodologies and use of standard software development tool suites. (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, etc.)
