As the Assistant Nurse Manager Med/Surg, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Nurse Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Med/Surg unit on the night shift. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Nurse Manager in daily operations and staff management.
- Ensure high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care hospital experience in a Med/Surg setting.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of Med/Surg nursing practices.
