What you need to bring to the table:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Maximize the Internet Department’s profitability and volume
- Drive consistent utilization of systems and technologies
- Implementation and utilization of our video messaging platform
- Lead Management: Implement processes for managing leads generated through online channels
- Meet performance metrics and standards for your store
- Provide a world-class guest experience from online to instore
- Expert negotiation, and closing skills
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to sales on best practices for customer engagement, and online sales techniques.
- Comply with federal and state laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Nice experience to have:
- 3-5 years in automotive management
- Proven track record as an Internet sales producer
- Tech Savvy
- Process-oriented
- Exemplary communication and listening skills
- Self-initiative, strategic planning and ability to problem solve
- Passion to ensure every customer contact is an excellent experience
Salary: $60,000-150,000/annually
*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
