Roche Services Americas is one of the Roche Shared Services Centers worldwide providing Finance, Procurement services to various countries in the Americas region.
The Oportunity
As Record to Report CRM AR Analyst, will be responsible for completing AR operational activities for the Americas SSC in Costa Rica.
Responsibilities
Reconciliation of bank accounts, posting and reconciling of AR transactions, clearing of AR and bank suspense accounts, cash Application and manual corrections
Customer Direct Debit Payments & Customer Credit Analysis
Maintenance of customer credit master data
Handling incoming calls and emails in a timely manner
Propose process, system improvements and contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the SSC.
Proactively promote effective teamwork, assist colleagues in need, foster a supportive environment, facilitate communication, adapt to changing business needs, and actively engage in work-related activities.

Who you are
3+ years of experience in finance and accounting and a Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related area.
A proven understanding of accounting processes.
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask and organize work effectively, adhere to tight and established deadlines with limited direction and guidance.
Works well with others and follow through to execute all tasks.
Effective written and verbal communication skill with a focus on customer service.
Knowledge of applications in a computerized environment, including spreadsheets applications, and data bases (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, G-Suite, etc.)
Language: English & Spanish required.
