Responsibilities

• Stock in cars – both new and used, make jackets and file accordingly.
• Process and post daily deposit for service and F&I including cash and checks
• Maintain relevant accounting schedules
• Matches purchase orders and invoices and forwards to accounting department.
• Files and copies Invoices.
• Assists in preparing for inventory.
• Verifies that all orders are accurate.
• Cross-train on other desk and serve as back up
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive experience a must
• Highly organized and with eagerness to progress
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Work with all levels of employee
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
