Pay Range: $72,363.20 - $104,873.60/annually

Position Summary
The Facilities Project Lead supports the Planning, Design and Construction (PDC) functions within the Campus Development and Real Estate department for all MemorialCare Long Beach facilities including its satellites. The position functions with minimal supervision under the direction and oversight of the Executive Director of Campus Development (Construction).
The primary purpose is to collaboratively coordinate and perform assigned duties for the safe, timely and compliant delivery of new and remodeled environments that meet the organization's mission, strategies and goals. The position directs and manages external contract resources (laborers, technicians and movers).
*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
The Facilities Project Lead is responsible for coordinating multiple department processes and tasks related to space utilization, stakeholder engagement, furniture/fixtures/equipment (FF&E) and relocation management, along with support to assigned major and minor projects led by PDC Project and Senior Project Managers. Must meet frequent deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications/Work Experience:
- 5 years administrative or project coordination experience working in an acute healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, comprehend and apply new information.
- Active knowledge of quality, regulatory and safety practices within the acute and outpatient healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within teams.
- Understanding of budget and scheduling practices.
- Able to clearly express and communicate thoughts and technical information with a diverse community or stakeholders.
- Intermediate or better ability to navigate information systems (applications, databases, enterprise software).
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
