Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Utilize various recruitments recruitment methods, including online job postings, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract highly qualified candidates. • Initiate contact with potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and assess qualifications to determine suitability for open positions. • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. • Evaluate candidates' soft skills, technical competencies, and potential growth within the organization. • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding. • Stay up-to-date with federal regulations and labor laws, ensuring recruitment activates adhere to all relevant standards and labor laws. Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines. • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, track candidate progress, and provide regular reports to management. • Monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide insights on talent market conditions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling job descriptions and conducting effective interviews. • Maintain the highest ethical standards in recruitment and ensure fairness and transparency throughout the process. Qualifications • A minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience • Must have experience working in or supporting the DoD • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Interim secret security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship) • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university • Must be willing to go on-site up to 3 days a week • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related recruitment software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling the creation of compelling job descriptions, conducting high-level interviews, and cultivating meaningful candidate relationships • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams • Negotiation skills to navigate and negotiate job offers and compensation packages • Effective multitasking and organizational skills are necessary to handle multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams • Adept at identifying and creatively solving complex recruitment challenges • Willingness and ability to stay current with evolving tools and strategies in the ever-changing recruitment landscape Preferred Qualifications: • HR Certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus • Workforce Development experience KCO1701 #LI-Remote Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services.
