About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for overall operations of three executives: calendar management, business meetings, email support, coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements, complete expense reports and additional tasks/project required.
What You'll Do
Provides administrative support to the Gap Specialty Field and Visual teams.
Acts as liaison between leaders, their teams and other key business partners in keeping everyone connected and informed
Builds relationships with team and cross functional partners across the company to foster process improvement and quickly resolve issues
Performs and prioritizes special projects as needed, including but not limited to collecting business data to build report and insights/data updates, etc.
Drives rhythm of business in close partnership with leaders, including calendar management, coordination of travel, ordering office supplies and equipment, scheduling and planning agendas/meeting management, with notes, logistics, and follow ups as well as processing expense reports.
Has substantial understanding of the job, and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects, concurrently, with tight deadlines.
Anticipates leaders ‘needs and proactively assembles the appropriate resources and people to solve problems
Who You Are
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate, communicate and build partnerships with all levels of the organization.
Proficient and advanced computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple tasks and quickly problem solve.
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Experience in customer service and/or a fast- paced environment
