The SPOC Relationship Specialist manages consumer collection activities and controls loan and delinquency loss, while complying with state regulations, bank policies and processes.
Primary responsibilities include
- Develops strategies to improve collection activities; manages consumer collection activities for various kinds of direct/indirect loans and delinquencies, including but not limited to portfolio loans, installment loans and overdrafts.
- Manages the hiring, performance, and development of collection staff.
- Oversees collection activities and processes, and ensures that all collection related tasks comply with state laws and regulations and bank policies and processes.
- Provides forecasting reports of loss to executive level management; controls and minimizes loss.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
Customer service orientation (Collections and/or Origination's preferred) with ability to demonstrate empathy towards customers / borrower

- 8:00am- 5:00pm
- Monday - Friday
