Directs the district’s formative/interim assessment program. Directs training, resource alignment, and personnel assignments to ensure compliant and successful administrations of each assessment. Ensures there is a comprehensive assessment plan for these assessments, and there is no redundancy of testing for students.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises and sets strategic direction for the district Formative/Interim Assessment department in alignment with the Executive Director of Student Assessment.
Creates and leads training for each of the assessment programs including on demand support for campuses during the assessment windows.
Ensures the assessment systems are compliant with data sharing, IT integrations, rostering, and meet privacy standards.
Creates and implements training for the assessments in the program for all stakeholders.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED
Collaborates with the departments in the formative and interim assessments to ensure program/curricular/TEKS alignment, pacing, and reporting.
Advises district stakeholders of program changes.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE
8+ years’ experience with public school district summative/formative/interim assessment programs.
SKILL AND/OR REQUIRED LICENSING/CERTIFICATION
