The Momofuku Goods Customer Logistics Coordinator will support the Operations Team with tactical day-to-day retails order entry and order management across the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) platforms, monitoring shipping activities, answering customer requests for order change requests, and coordinating pickups with carriers, while providing essential updates to support the growth of retail and if needed, ecommerce channel. Must possess strong curiosity to improve on existing order management workflow and possess excellent communication skills to deepen cross functional relationship and external vendor relations.
Compensation Band: $30 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Process Sales Order Inputs into necessary files and systems
- Track due dates across all Retail Sales Orders and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) orders with 3PL Partners
- Conduct Inventory Transfer process across 3PL’s and follow through with Customer Service Management (CSM) on completion
- Work closely with Retail Sales Team and Amazon Team to provide updates and order status
- Supplement each order entry with necessary inventory transactions
- Work with Carriers on scheduling pick up to ensure on time deliveries are made (OTIF/KPI)
- Enter Special Project Orders in 3PL Platform and follow through with CSM on completion
- Assist with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and non-EDI order submission and order acknowledgement through Advanced Shipment Notice’s (ASN’s)
- Provide ongoing customer relationship management across all relevant sales channels
Required Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years Customer Service in the Retail/Wholesale Channel
- Ability to adhere to OTIF metrics while balancing customer needs, cost to serve, and strategic priorities
- A sense of urgency and strong communication skills to clearly articulate issues while striving towards resolution
- Experience handling high stress operational issues (included but not limited to, out-of-stock, appointment changes, late deliveries, and claims for damage in transit)
- Ability to collaborate with people across diverse functional areas
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize numerous tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
- Well spoken, courteous and professional
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- A team player with low-ego and do-what-it-takes attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years Customer Service (Retail Channel Specific) experience
- Proficient in EDI / SPS / API / Netsuite systems
- Proven ability to juggle multiple changing priorities while maintaining composure
- Demonstrated capacity to learn systems quickly and adapt to changes in process
- Innate understanding of Momofuku logistics process and the evolution of order fulfillment transactions on the overarching supply chain pipeline
