Job Abstract

Job Summary

BMA is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the AMPS effort within the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

Duties:

Expert in particular business processes, responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization’s business plan and industry requirements. Acts as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems.

Clearance Requirements

There is an IT-II security clearance requirement for this position.

Required Skills & Certifications

• Must hold a Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project Management certification)

• Must have experience in working with:

• DOD Lifecycle management

• DOD 5000.1, 5000.2 and Guidebook

• PPBE

• ARIS system engineering tool

• Defense Acquisition Management Information Retrieval (DAMIR) System reporting format for DAES OSD report

• SAP products for Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Four (4) years relevant experience

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.

• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority. • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level III

Must have experience with the following programs:

• MS Suite

• Word, Excel

• Access

• Project Management

• Power Point
