Claims Service Associate

We are currently seeking an entry-level Claims Service Associate to support our auto claims operations. What You Will Do:
- Deliver legendary service by managing auto insurance physical damage claims with efficiency and expertise.
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve basic claims in compliance with regulatory requirements and company best practices.
- Collaborate closely with management, operating within given authority levels to make informed claims decisions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims activities using our specialized systems and procedures.
- Provide accurate interpretations of policy coverage, ensuring members are thoroughly informed and supported throughout the claims process.
- Negotiate settlements with fairness and proficiency, upholding our high company standards for member satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not mandatory for consideration.
- No prior claims handling experience is required, making this an ideal position for motivated individuals seeking to enter the insurance field.
- Moderate computer literacy, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, to facilitate efficient work management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen focus on detail, enabling you to juggle various tasks seamlessly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with members and providing clear, concise information.
- An innovative and proactive mindset toward problem-solving and decision-making.
- The capacity to work independently, manage your time wisely, and swiftly adjust to an evolving work landscape.
The starting pay range for this position is:
$21.07 - $28.09
Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
