Position Summary:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at K2M, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts, while also contributing to internal marketing initiatives. This position requires a dynamic individual with a keen understanding of both marketing strategies and HR practices. You will collaborate closely with K2M’s People team and various departments to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent, while also enhancing internal communication and company culture through marketing activities.

Responsibilities (subject to change, modification as needed) are as following, but are not limited to:
Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Conduct prospect searches and conversion. Coordinate job postings, review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process efficiently.
Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Coordinate orientation sessions, prepare onboarding materials, and facilitate introductions to key team members and company policies.
HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and handling inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures.
Internal Marketing: Develop and execute internal marketing campaigns to promote company culture, values, and initiatives. Create engaging content for internal communications channels, including newsletters, intranet, and social media platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing and/or HR roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes, employee onboarding, and retention strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
