Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Scheduling Pathways and Technology Director will work closely with the Ambulatory Clinics, CareConnect and IT teams on all agent and patient facing technology tools, including Patient Self Scheduling, Decision Trees, Voice Automated technology, and any new tools or software that becomes available in the market. Overall, the Director will support all technology needs for the entire UCLA Health Access Organization, keeping up with industry innovations to keep the Access Organization current with the patient’s (digital) access journey.

This position will be based out of the Greater Los Angeles Area

Salary Range: $105,200- $250,600

Job Qualifications

Required

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Certification in at least one Epic Application or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire

· Experience with business applications management (e.g., Epic, Salesforce)

· Demonstrated ability to build consensus among a diverse group of stakeholders

· Experience and comfort in delivering presentations to senior leadership

· Proven understanding and articulation of clinic operational key performance indicators

Preferred

· Master’s Degree

· Lean six sigma certification.

· Minimum ten (10) years of health care experience
