Job Purpose
The purpose of the Inside Sales Account Specialist role is to function as the primary point of contact for a designated customer group. The Inside Sales Account Specialist will handle all the needs of the customers from a sales perspective and work in coordination with Sales/Customer Service to maintain the sales cycle: regular communication, quotes, follow-up on orders, and upselling. The Inside Sales Account Specialist duties will include, but may not be limited to:
