- The primary purpose of the Associate, North America Product Director Office is to support North American Product Planning for HMM product groups by model in each product milestone.
- Manage model-line product planning and lifecycles for the assigned Mexico and Canada line-ups.
- Support product development requests and coordination with HMNA/HQ/R&D/Plant for North America.
- Assist in lifecycle management of specific models by establishing strategies for market position, sales volume, and pricing based on extensive market situation and customer insights.
- Help develop future product line-up plans and electrification strategies to support Chinese brand countermeasures, the transition to EVs, and enhanced CO2 regulations.
- Support on spec check and sign-off during SOP for any new model or facelift.
- Participate in online model review and LRPP management meetings.
- Represent Mexico VOC through vehicle development process including Canada.
- Interface with HMC/HAC/HMM planning staff, helping to ensure understanding of product.
- Work with HMNA PDO and HMM finance to optimize vehicle pricing and margin to support overall profitability and sales target.

- Assist with product development / lifecycle management / model review and LRPP management.
- This is a support position, focused on delivering day to day tasks and analyses with a degree of autonomy while receiving general instructions and supervision.

~ Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two or more years of professional experience in automotive manufacturer/distributor with direct product responsibilities (planning, marketing, and/or sales).
- Cross-functional team experience is required.
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex issues, develop compelling point of view, persuasively make case for change leading to action.
- Outstanding written & verbal presentation skills required.
- Strong automotive technology knowledge.
- Korean language proficiency is preferred.

$54,375.00 - $75,000.00 Annual
