Your role at Clorox:
Leads cross-functional teams (i.e., finance, marketing, sales, engineering, R&D product development, global insights procurement and others as needed). Delivers high complexity and high value projects. Initiatives include new form and next generation product launches, Supply Chain and Go to Market transformations and BU strategic initiatives. Lead the development and execution of initiatives that meet business requirements including innovation/growth, resiliency/service, and gross margins/total delivered costs. Acts as primary liaison between Leadership Team and project team. Leads projects from initiation (charter) through start of ship and close out. Champion of the project execution stage gate process as well as iterative scaled agile process. Coordinates the cross-functional activities as a workplan with robust timelines, milestones and dependency structured critical paths to ensure completion of the project/product on schedule on budget and within charter constraints. Effectively leading the team utilization of project management tools to include; voice of customer, design to value, partner analysis, scope assessment, technical design review, critical to quality deliverables, and manufacturing readiness. Ensures the development of detailed risk management plans to identify, mitigate potential issues and develop contingency plans for successful activations. Challenges team assumptions for clarity and congruency. Pushes leadership teams to make key decisions timely.
In this role, you will:
- Drive revenue, margin, and share growth by leading high complexity and high value cross functional initiatives. Including new form and next generation product launches, Supply Chain and Go to Market transitions and BU strategic initiatives
- Ensure initiatives remain aligned to charters with voice of customer and design to value delivered.
- Lead the development and execution of project deliverables to include: workplans, robust timelines, milestone & scorecard communication, technical risk assessment, MRs, qualification/validation and closeout.
- Ensure initiatives developed and implemented with BU Strategy and Supply Chain Strategy alignment applying external perspective to expand value delivery.
- Lead the ongoing development and deployment of B.U. supply chain strategy to deliver on business requirements for competitiveness, growth, innovation, and cost savings through supply chains that provide the optimal balance of responsiveness, agility, resilience, cost, and sustainability.
- Provide leadership team influence through data analysis, facts, and critical assessment.
- Proactively drive process compliance, explicitly declare breakdowns and achieve related goals for those areas of responsibility.

What we look for:
- 10 plus years of dynamic project management or related functional experience spanning more than one subject area with growing responsibility and a demonstrated track record of success.
- Able to identify and develop strategic and tactical options to improve supply chain and other functional performance and capabilities.

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from sophisticated data and information.

- Excellent understanding of business financials and ability to articulate financial impacts to supply chain choices and risks.
- Flexibility manifesting in ability to handle and prioritize planned and unplanned work.

- BS/BA Degree (engineering/technical degree preferred) or equivilant work experience.
- MBA (Highly Desirable)
- A Broad Functional knowledge (Legal, Regulatory, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance and Accounting, and Marketing) desired.
- Broad industry experience with a preference for Consumer Packaged Goods desired.
- Knowledgeable in stage gate process and project management best practices (a certified, professional project manager is desired)
- Engineering, R&D or related technical project experience desired
